At Industrial Products Plus, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.

Return Notification

We require notice within 48 hours of delivery if you intend to return any part of your order. Please contact our customer service team promptly at sales@industrialproductsplus.com to initiate the return process.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, in resalable condition, and in 100% perfect condition.
Returns must be shipped back to our warehouse at the customer’s expense.
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt to ensure they meet our return standards.

Refunds

Once the return is received and passes inspection, a full refund or credit will be issued to the original method of payment for the cost of the goods only.
Shipping or transportation charges are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items that do not meet the above conditions.
